(we missed each other while I was away)
I am still adjusting to my life here at home. I have no idea what my problem is, but I feel like I am in a fog. So, instead of posting about being tired, cranky, and tired (did I already mention that). I am going to share with you a yummy cookie recipe (I have more recipes here). This cookie recipe never fails me...NEVER. They are so soft and delish!
They have been approved by my famous friend too. And if she likes them, everyone will!
Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
2 1/4 C Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 C Butter (softened)
1/4 C Sugar
3/4 C Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 (4 oz) chocolate instant pudding (or vanilla for a white cookie)
2 eggs
1 (12 oz) package of chocolate chips
pinch of salt
Mix flour and salt with baking soda and set aside. Combine butter, sugars, vanilla and pudding mix in a large bowl. Beat until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time. Gradually mix in flour mixture. Add chocolate chips. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.

if by famous you mean has one friend who takes pity on her and invites her to the beach and to eat her fabulous cookies, then YES! i am famous.
Who are you kidding? You sign autographs on a daily basis!
Yummy. This is my favorite cookie recipe too! Vanilla Pudding makes everything better.
Ohhh...gotta give this a try. All of things you mentioned about being a mommy, I am blessed with them too. :)
I got everything out to make these before our vacation, and I was out of brown sugar. Of course. Always out of something. They are delicious.
