To cut or not to cut...

That is the question I pose to all my blogging friends.

Ethan with short hair @ 11 months

My little Ethan has the cutest curly-out-of-control blond hair. Ryan has been bugging me all summer to chop it off. I just can't do it. Perhaps he has bad haircut. That cold be the case, because I don't really know how to cut a little boy's hair. Maybe if I took him to a real hair stylist, his hair would not look a little cuter.
Anyway, I don't know what to do.
So, I thought I would throw it out there to all my fellow bloggers.
Should I cut it off?
If you wanna help a mother out, leave me a comment with your opinion. I will forever be thankful.

These photos will give you an idea of what his hair currently looks like...

I dig the curl...I think you should leave Ethan's hair long. With his huge pecks and long hair he'll be the next Fabio! Watch out ladies!

Definitely not a big chop. Maybe some layering out in the front or whatever it is stylists can do that I pretend I can do - but cannot.

I like it long and curly. Ryan loses this one!

I think it's cute too - but I would take him to someone who could help the front not be as long. I bet Lindsay could do it for you!

I like the long locks, plus it is in style right now. I am trying to grow Noah's out, but everytime I do, he takes the scissors to it, so I don't think he likes long hair.

I love his hair longer. Just have Lee trim it up when you come back...

My little guy has a head of thick, gorgeous hair, too. I take him to this place near our house called "Big League Cuts," where they specialize in cuts for men/boys. There's a TV at every station.

Anyway, I like to keep his hair trimmed, but not very short. I can't let it get too long though, or he gets too sweaty.

So I guess I'm a Moderate on the haircut issue. Just don't let it grow out crazy long like some celebrity moms do. The world needs to be able to tell he's a boy!

Tell Ryan to worry about his own hair for a change!

I think I am the only one that would Cut his hair. Sure it's adorable, but he is getting a little older and a cute little fo halk would be cool. Or maybe just to spike it and add a little personality to it. You only get so much of a chance to do what you want to his hair, when he gets older they dont give you too much choice!

He is adorable and I love his hair! Caleb's was like that and we buzzed it because I was tired of trying to wash sand out of it. We are now letting it grow back for fall/winter per Jared's request.

A little trim never hurts too! Maybe you can get rid of the bowl look a little, but don't lose the curls, they are too cute!

i vote for just a little shorter, but still long enough to see some of those cute curls---he's a doll!

I appreciate all your comments. I think I am going to get his hair cleaned up...but I can't bear to cut off his curls. We did the fo-hawk last Fall, so for now I am keeping the long locks.

Thanks fellow bloggers!

How about we compromise and give him a mullet...
