Healthy Snack

I have been busy with life lately and I can't think of anything to post on.....So here is another recipe...

Hummus!
The perfect healthy snack. Can be eaten with a pita, veggies, chips, etc.

1 - 15 1/2 ounce can of garbanzo beans
1/3 cup tahini
Juice from 1 Lemon
1 clove garlic
3 TBSP Olive Oil
1 TBSP Parsley
salt to taste

Tahini is a like peanut butter, but made with sesame seeds.
