Village for the Dutch

This is one of our stops during Tulip Time "Dutch Villiage". We stock up on droppies and snoopies (for snoopy sandwiches). I am not into the salty licorice, so I stick to the ones covered in sugar. While in Holland, I made sure everyone knew Ryan's mom - Barbara is 100% dutch. I was hoping we would get something free out of it at dinner. But the 100% German waitress was not amused.
I did learn some swear words in dutch. So that is a plus. (Apparently, that is all Barbara knows)

Brace Brace

During our trip to Michigan, Haili played and played with the twins. At one point, Holland said to Haili "Don't tease me brace, brace". It sounds even funnier with Holland's lisp; which is more like "braith, braith"

Thank you Mr. Easter Bunny

I think Ethan was most happy with the $$ he found in the eggs. He couldn't wait to put it in his piggy. Ryan says that Ethan takes after him. Something about the both of them being "savers". Whatever.

And yes, Ryan is man enough to wear pink.

We Are Family

I am loving all the funny things the kids are saying lately.
It was Sunday night and we were eating dinner at our little kitchen table. Once we all sat down Holland said. " We are like a family". LOL. Honey, we ARE a family.

Christmas & Winter Break

Our Christmas was Merry. We spent a lot of time at home hanging out together. It was very relaxing and fun....Enjoy the photos, mom!
CHRISTMAS EVE
The kids were adorable in their nativity costumes. Didn't my sister do a great job? Interested in one for next year?

WRAPPING PRESENTS

CHRISTMAS MORNING
I loved the bedhead, the goofy smiles, and the shear joy in my children's faces.

MOMMY PUT CHRISTMAS AWAY...
Ethan was not too happy about Christmas being over.
